Returns and Exchange

Clan Kilt values his customers and offers a comprehensive return policy for its customers.

Here is the role that should fulfill in order to return any product

  • The condition of the product must be the same as the delivery, for example with labels.
  • Returns are processed within approximately 2 weeks.
  • Worn or modified products are not refundable, the product must be viewed before wearing. The product is correct or incorrect.
  • If you change your mind after placing your order, no refunds will be given provided we are notified within 2 days of placing the order.
  • If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us on our email [email protected]  with details and we will be happy to begin an investigation.
  • If your products do not match your size, contact us at  [email protected] . We will send you an answer within 24 hours.
  • The product must not be modified and damaged. Our specialists will see your order, then we will send you money back. If your order meets all recommended requirements, we will issue a 100% refund to your account.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of customers.

HOW TO RETURN:

In order to start the return process, you will need to follow the simple steps below. You must first contact us using the Contact Us form or email our sales department directly here [email protected] . In the email mention your name, order number, email address you used when ordering, item name or product URL. Our sales team will respond to you within 24 hours. Our sales team will communicate in more detail on return procedures. Courier charges are not subject to the return policy and returning the product will be at the customers expense.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING:

Refunds would be processed within 14 days of receiving the item. The amount will be refunded to the same account on which you ordered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
